- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- How long will the shipping take?
- The estimated delivery time will be shown when you check out. Possible reasons of shipping delay: weather condition, unexpected schedule changes, short-term shortage, national holiday, peak time deliveries, etc.
- Why there is no update for my parcel tracking status?
- If your parcel is shipped from our factory, it may take days or weeks to deliver to your country, especially for sea shipping. The tracking status would stay "in transit" and would not be updated until the parcel has finished custom clearance and passed to the local delivery.
- Can I refuse receipt of the goods?
- Yes, you can. You will, however, bear any expenses incurred.

- Can I ride Yecoo GT3 Electric Skateboard up steep hills?
- In short, yes, all of Yecoo electric skateboards can go uphill. Yecoo GT3 Electric Skateboard can sprint up to 35%, but attempts beyond that are not recommended.
- I’m not a skateboarder, can I still ride it?
- You don't have to be a skateboarder at all. Skaters come in all sizes and shapes and some bigger people can pull off sick stuff. Just cruising around is a great experience and the perfect way to learn how to ride.
- What is the top speed?
- It can reach speeds of 25mph(40km/h).
- How does the remote work/acceleration/regenenerative braking?
- Double click the Power button to display FW / BW on the screen. You can control it with its rollers. The remote control vibrates once when forward and twice when reversing.
- What are the maintenance requirements?
- Please make sure all the nuts and bolts are tight but don't tighten them too much otherwise it will cause more problems. Replace the trunks, wheels, or deck if they are damaged. Keep your electric skateboard clean and avoid storing it in dusty, damp, cold/hot places with no liquid. Take care of your board and it will return the favor by allowing you to enjoy life.
- What if I need to have my board repaired?
- You can buy all parts in our shop and we also provide 180 days warranty. If not, please contact yecoo@yecooboard.com.
The water damage, wheel wear and manual damage are not covered under warranty.
- How long of a life does the battery have?
- The Yecoo GT3 uses 316.8W/432W 36V batteries to provide a range of 18 miles /23 miles.

- With the help of tools, all parts of the Yecoo skateboard can be replaced by yourself. It's easy to buy your electric skateboard parts on our website.
